Here's how to use this tool.

      1. Download the 20 question Microsoft Excel survey.
      2. Open the survey in Excel.
      3. Complete the survey by putting the letter "x" under "Yes" or "No" for each question.
      4. Check the second sheet to see where your team has room to improve your time management.
      5. Select a topic area to see some suggestions for improvement
