HH-65 conducting HIFR

A ship certified to Class 6 can provide Helicopter In-Flight Refueling (HIFR) services with a flow rate at or greater than 50 gallons per minute.

A ship certified to Class 6R can provide Helicopter In-Flight Refueling (HIFR) services with a flow rate between 25 and 49 gallons per minute. The "R" stands for "restricted".
