Great Job! The only exception to Level II weather is for Coast Guard working with Coast Guard - then you can have weather down to a 300 foot ceiling and 1 mile visibility. Since your helicopter is from the Navy, they must maintain standard Level II weather minimums - a 500 foot ceiling and 1 mile visibility.
