- Create task list for each employee. Update task list daily or weekly as needed.
- Use a “draw from the hat” game format to assign tasks to different employees.
- Schedule a meeting with employees to discuss assigned tasks to emphasize why they are important to complete.
- Have 5 minute meetings with each employee daily to go over their tasks and help them prioritize tasks for the day.
- Email weekly training tips breaking tasks in to sub-tasks and fitting them in to a schedule. Change the task each week, and format as a worked example.
- Create a Gantt chart of tasks and highlight dependencies, so employees can clearly see how their task impacts others’ work.
