  1. Arrange task work stations in the same area that employees spend most of their work time, so completing additional tasks is convenient.
  2. Set-up a task calendar on the intranet, or in the work space to assign employees tasks and check them off when they are complete.
  3. Conduct a regular meeting in which the primary agenda item is tasks assigned to employees.  Use the time to monitor, assess and recognize performance. 
  4. Schedule supply inventories to determine that supplies are on hand to complete assigned tasks.  Create an automated requisition system, so employees can report when supplies are running low.  Randomly draw names of employees that made notifications and give them a small reward for their attention to detail.
  5. Assign non-managerial star performers to act as mentors and coaches to junior employees.  Implement a buddy or team work system whose goal is to cooperatively improve time management skills.  Assign one mentor to each team to role model time management skills.
