OK, time to land. There is the LSO again in yellow, with a phone talker who is hard wired to the people on the bridge. The bridge becomes the control tower for helicopter operations at sea, then for the landing phase we get hover directions from the flight deck. There are two directional antennas and a satellite antenna on the top of the flight deck. Also notice the life rafts on the forward corners of the flight deck. These would only ever be used to abandon ship. A chilly prospect indeed!
